O.K., I might be a little biased, but my wife Kellie is definitely the hottest bass player I've every known. Not only is she hot, she's a good bass player!

Nothing gives me "that special feeling" more than watching her play. Well, there may be a couple other things that she does that give me "that special feeling" more, but I don't think that she'd let me talk about them here. ;>) 

Unfortunately, her alter-ego as a mild mannered middle school math and language arts teacher doesn't leave her much time for music lately. Luckily, I've got a few pictures of her jamming on the bass from our wedding reception to keep me pacified.  Besides being a really hot bass player, Kellie is many other important things to me. Here are just a few!

This picture taken shortly after of our son's birth. It's hard to believe that's it's been almost 12 years since that day. I wanted to name him Beavis, but his mother said 'no way.' So, we decided on Alex instead.

Fifteen years together, 10+ in marriage, that's a pretty good track record. We must be doing something right. Like every other couple, we've had our moments, but I can't imaging what my life would be like without my wife, and I don't want to...

Like other men, I probably don't tell my wife how much she means to me as often as I should, but I never loose sight of the value that she brings to my life, nor do I fail to appreciate the value that she adds to the lives of the children that she teaches. It often takes those students a few years of maturity to see that value, but many do.
